JGB at Inverness Virginia. This was my first outdoor festival type gig with the band. Most special about this performance was meeting Mike Sturgill. Mike was kickin' it hard in the front row with his son (My adopted nephew) Chuck Sturgill.We met after the show and became fast friends.Mike is now working with me on promoting "Joe White, Trials Along The Trail" I have come to love Mike, Chuck and Kat

On the road sometimes things happen beyond our control. In Brooklyn, NY - The Management company had a contractual dispute with the club owner that could not be resolved. The club was pissed and we were disappointed that we were not going to play. I apologized to the owner and he (Anthony " ANT-KNEE") was extremely gracious. Well needless to say we stayed and I was able to get the ladies out to party. And buddy they can party. We stayed and listened to Starchey play his ass off. Even Melvin ended up joining in. Brooklyn Rocks!!
